Using augmented reality devices for remote support in manufacturing: A case study and analysis

چکیده
Industry 4.0 forces increased digitization, production flexibility, improvement of employee competences and integration employees IT systems within an enterprise. To this end, state-of-the-art solutions, such as the Virtual Reality (VR) Augmented (AR), are implemented. New must be integrated with existing architecture, their implementation enterprise to provide network access sufficient bandwidth fully benefit from capabilities new technologies. The paper discusses practical application modern AR solutions in industry, a special focus on remote support for maintenance operations training employees. Two experiments aimed determining impact various environmental conditions possibility using Remote Support described. Basing those it is possible determine required use HoloLens 2 goggles two dedicated applications.
